In House Service Department
 Our factory trained service technicians have real bench time experience in repairing products from Topcon, Leica, Laser Alignment, Sokkia, Laser Reference, Spectra Precision, AGL, Pacific Lasers, CST and David White. They strive to check and adjust every instrument and laser that comes into our service department, for accuracy.
Service Manager
Jeff Burkhart has over 25 years in surveying instrument repairs. He has been factory trained and certified in diagnostic and in-depth repairs by several manufactures including, Topcon, Leica, Sokkia. Jeff fortunate to gain real world experience by Tom Pickenhahn, who was a master technician during the early 80’s who trained Jeff to repair the sophisticated total stations, robots and the latest GPS product line. Please feel free to visit with Jeff about your particular instrument. Unlike smaller instrument repair shops, our service department has several optical collimators, and laser calibration ranges to calibrate, adjust and repair your instruments, often times “While you wait”.
